I figured, since I'm here, I might as well write a little about why I bother doing photography and poetry. 'Why even try?' my cynical side asks, 'there are ten thousand more talented poets and photographers out there.' Why yes, yes there is. However, I like to take photos of the world because each person has their own unique view on a certain topic/piece of art/landscape. Ten people could take a photo of the same thing and each photo has the potential to be completely unique in every aspect than the others. Because of the viewpoint of the photographer.
